PV TOU Meter [RE-wrenches]

What is the best and most affordable way to track power Time of Use
(TOU) PV generation? The utility TOU meter only sums the kWh in and out.
I think that the Brand meter will do the job, but it does not track kWh
according to TOU periods unless I keep a PC attached and on all the time
(wasting electricity) to download and reset the kWh counters
periodically throughout the day. The Trace's Power Tracer appears to do
TOU logging but I have not used one. What is your experience withthe
Trace Tracer? Are there other meters that can track TOU PV production?
