After all the dangling metaphors and passwords, I actually found 
something that would work.  What's the secret handshake?  It was all the 
talk of "Sharing a Shunt" that caught my attention.  This isn't some 
kind of private code word for something else, is it?  My name is Jim 
Hartley and I've been just a reader so far.  Of all those on the 
published roster, I only know Steve Bell personally.  Hi, Steve.  How's 
your weather in Stelle?  As bad as it is here? I also know JoAnne Smith 
by her voice.  Others among you I also know by reputation and/or prior 
knowledge.  The company looked good, so here I am with my first CQ 
message.  Now I'll shut up for a while.  Nice meeting you all.
