RE contacts in the Phillipines [RE-wrenches]

Hi All,

I met this afternoon with an elderly medical doctor from an island in 
the south Philippines. He has a home and small hospital there, and is 
interested in renewable energy. The political, environmental, and 
energy picture there is rather grim, but this gentleman is 
considering installing a showcase RE system to make people aware of 
the possibilities.

I'm wondering who is doing RE in the Philippines or neighboring 
areas, and welcome any leads.
