Onan Gen-set [RE-wrenches]

Greetings Wrenches,

I have a client who recently purchased a new Onan Emerald gen-set NHE
6,3000 (watts).  It's designed to be an RV gen-set but he bought it for
his home system.  I've very disapointed in the manual.  It is a 120vac
only gen-set, but has two neutral and hot outputs.  The schematic shows
120vac between either hot and neutral (two neutrals get bonded), but
says nothing about any voltage potential between the two hots (one black
and one black/green).  I don't have the machine running yet and haven't
metered it out, but can someone tell me if I combine both hots for full
output?
