Clamp on Ground Testers [RE-wrenches]

Hi Ray
I have used the "fall of potentical" meters which
measure something about the soil and the ground rod,
but this always seemed like black magic.

I have seen the clamp on meter used, I did not note
the brand, Ideal I think. Remember the clamp on
requires two grounds, that is two ground rods, or a
ground rod and a water main. And if you only have two
grounds you do not know which is the weakest link.

PS I have wanted one for a long time also.
