DBK Solar [RE-wrenches]

DBK...eh?  And Free Lunches Fall From the Sky Everyday!
But seriously: I suspect there may be legal action against DBK already,
since this is clearly a fraudulent product
(though I don't know how to find out about lawsuits, etc.).  If this
industry is to survive & grow don't we (Read; CALSEIA, Calif. Solar
Commission, BBB, Feds?) need to take some action?  Let's forestall another
solar "Black Eye".  Suggestions?
