water distiller [RE-wrenches]

Sounds like something that should be done with
thermal.  However in off grid most of the power
generated is wasted. I find this is most true in wind
power.  Perhaps people could talk of electrolysis to
form hydrogen, and add this to methane, propane or
even gasoline such as Hy-gas of a few years ago.  As
studied by Florida Energy Center.
