Listed Battery Enclosure [RE-wrenches]

It seems to me that 480.8 and 690.71 do not mention or
in any way requre a specific battery enclosure.  It
seems to talk about conductive and non conductive
materials and racks and supports.  

The trick is how to talk to the inspector.  What i
find important is how do the batteries get maintence
and or course if they are flooded keeping a vent in
the system.  The cells need easy access to check and
add water in a safe easy manner no streching or
sticking one head between shelves with batteries on
them.  The terminals need easy access to be tested for
tightness and examined for corrosion.
