I was able to find the proposed rate schedule buried in the advice letters
submitted to the CPUC. The attachment is 224 pages. E6 starts on page 48.

http://www.pge.com/nots/rates/tariffs/advice/adviceletters/2810-E-A.pdf

Among the changes:

.11439 under E6

peak time -
E7 12noon - 6pm
E6 1pm - 7pm

addition of part peak time, which is 10am - 1pm, 7pm - 9pm

Summary of each below.

Subject: PG&E ends E-7 Time of Use metering

California Wrenches in PG&E territory should be
interested to know that as of May 1, 2006 the utility
will no longer accept applications for the E-7
residential Time of Use metering rate.

They are going to offer a new rate called E-6, which
hasn't been clearly defined to the public as of yet.
It has been hinted at that E-6 will not be as
beneficial to customers. I have a colleague rushing
off to the local office to submit an application and
check as I write this.

If any of you have customers wanting to switch to TOU,
now is the time to act.

Best,

Jerry Caldwell
Berkeley, CA
